Toothlock®
The distinctive ToothLock ® feature, coupled with its teeth, is strong enough for extremely high and permanent compression ratios and superior expansion resistance-the toughest connections. It also resists shock and vibration, and the clamp becomes firm.
ToothLock® is a self-locking mechanism that provides superior performance. Multiple tooth locking positions together compensate for component tolerances.

The innovative CrossTech ® feature provides ultra low profile design on rotating parts for extremely space efficient and very low imbalance.
Tensioning hooks; tensioning hooks are the features used to close the Toothlock® low profile clamp.

Operating Range
The working range of the Toothlock ® low profile clamp amounts to only a functional 2.5 mm diameter range between minimum and maximum closure. The diameter as shipped is 4.2 mm greater than the minimum diameter, thus a wide overall diameter range.

Assembly Proposals
It can be mounted using a manual tightening tool with clamp. Clamp with torque wrench or electronically controlled pneumatic-elk 02 – handle reliable installations for high volume installations. Process monitoring using elk 02 complete is available including 100% data recording.
