Clamp Structure
Oetiker Infinite screw system clamps are technically advanced, multi-series hose clamps covering a wide range of clamping diameters. Hoses of different diameters can be securely connected with a single clamp. The bands of these infinite screw system clamps produced by cold forming are slightly curved. The depth of the teeth marks decreases on both sides – the teeth marks reach full depths in the middle. The W1 and W2 material quality infinite screw system clamps have a hex head screw (Phillips) with 7 a / f Star slots. The W3 and W4 material quality clamps feature a hexagonal head screw with a standard screwdriver slot.
Assembly Proposal
We recommend the use of flexible screwdrivers for professional installation. This tool ensures safe installation even in difficult places. Electronically monitored, controlled torque screwdrivers should be used in Series assembly where high Process Reliability is required.
