As it is a single piece, it reduces the number of parts held in stock and is an alternative to metal types as a non-corrosive, insulating product. After being seated in the holes in both panels, it is fixed by hitting the head with a hammer.
Access is achieved by turning the diver a quarter turn with a screwdriver. Since the latch is held on the panel, material loss is prevented during assembly.
